What does the program include and how much does it cost?
Our pricing is transparent: compounded semaglutide is $159 for the first month, then $299/month and compounded tirzepatide is $249 for the first month, then $399/month. 3- and 6-month plans are also available. Your plan price covers clinician review, care messaging and coaching, your medication and supplies if prescribed, and shipping at no extra cost. There is no separate membership fee. Archie Health is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. All costs are shown before checkout.

Are medications included in the price?
Yes. Medication, if prescribed, is included in your plan price, and the price stays the same at every dose.

How does Archie Health personalize my weight loss plan?

We begin by learning more about you. You’ll share information about your health history, current symptoms, and treatment preferences so your provider can understand your needs. Using this information, your provider will decide whether compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide is appropriate for you and, if so, set your starting dose and adjust it over time. Your care plan is designed around your health history and goals.

What kind of results can I expect with the Archie Health Weight Loss Program?

Results vary from person to person, and weight loss is not guaranteed. Archie Health does not publish its own outcome data. For context, clinical trials of FDA-approved brand-name medications (not compounded versions) reported these averages: in the STEP 1 trial of Wegovy® (not compounded semaglutide), adults lost about 15% of body weight on average over 68 weeks, and in the SURMOUNT-1 trial of Zepbound® (not compounded tirzepatide), adults on the 15 mg dose lost about 20.9% on average over 72 weeks. These results may not apply to compounded medications, which are not FDA-approved. GLP-1 medications are used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity, and your care team offers coaching and messaging support along the way. Who will be overseeing my care at Archie Health?

Archie Health operates a technology platform; it is not a pharmacy or medical practice. Consultations are reviewed by Dr. Robert Vichich, M.D. (NPI 1780983569), an independently licensed physician in the USHWN (U.S. Health & Wellness Network). Before anything is prescribed, his licensure in the patient's state is confirmed. If a licensed clinician isn't available for your state, nothing is prescribed and you are refunded in full. You can look up his NPI record in the NPPES NPI Registry. Providers follow evidence-based medical guidelines, and all treatment decisions are made by licensed clinicians based on medical appropriateness, individual health factors, and professional judgment.

Is the Archie Health program fully online?

Yes. The Archie Health Weight Loss Program is fully online — no in-person appointments required. After you complete your intake, an independent licensed provider will review your information, usually within 1–2 business days, and determine whether compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide is appropriate for you. Do I need to download anything?

No. Archie Health works in your phone's or computer's web browser — there's nothing to download. Log in at archiehealth.org/login.

Is my medical information private?

Yes. Protecting your privacy is a priority at Archie Health. Medical information is handled in line with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA, and stored using secure, encrypted systems. Weight Loss Medications

What medications are available through Archie Health?

Archie Health offers two medications, each a once-weekly injection from a vial: compounded semaglutide ($159 for the first month, then $299/month) and compounded tirzepatide ($249 for the first month, then $399/month). Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. After reviewing your intake and medical history, an independent licensed provider may prescribe one of them if it’s clinically appropriate for you. These medications can help reduce appetite and are used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. All medications are prescribed based on medical evaluation, individual health factors, and provider judgment. Results vary, and medication is not guaranteed.

Does Archie Health prescribe Zepbound®, Wegovy®, Ozempic®, or Mounjaro®?

No. Archie Health does not prescribe or sell Zepbound®, Wegovy®, Ozempic®, or Mounjaro®, and is not affiliated with Novo Nordisk A/S or Eli Lilly and Company. We offer compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Compounded semaglutide contains semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic® and Wegovy®, but it is not the same product and is not FDA-approved. Compounded tirzepatide contains tirzepatide, the active ingredient in Mounjaro® and Zepbound®, but it is not the same product and is not FDA-approved. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. An independent licensed provider may prescribe one of them when clinically appropriate. Is compounded semaglutide the same as Wegovy® or Ozempic®?

No. Wegovy® and Ozempic® are FDA-approved brand-name medications made by Novo Nordisk. Archie Health does not offer them. Compounded semaglutide contains semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic® and Wegovy®, but it is not the same product and is not FDA-approved. It is prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for an individual patient, and the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Can I purchase multiple months of compounded GLP-1 medication?

Yes. Besides the monthly plan (compounded semaglutide is $159 for the first month, then $299/month; compounded tirzepatide is $249 for the first month, then $399/month), you can choose a 3-month plan (compounded semaglutide $747, compounded tirzepatide $1,152, billed every 3 months) or a 6-month plan (compounded semaglutide $1,344, compounded tirzepatide $2,142, billed every 6 months). 3- and 6-month plans are prepaid for the period and renew automatically until you cancel. The price is the same at every dose. Medication still ships one month at a time so your provider can monitor your progress and adjust your dose as needed. If you cancel a 3- or 6-month plan, or your clinician stops treatment, any months not yet sent to the pharmacy are refunded. Months already sent to the pharmacy or shipped are not refundable. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days. All medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate.

If I order a compounded GLP-1 medication, how long will it take to arrive?

We want your treatment to start as smoothly as possible. To avoid delays, complete all questions in your intake form and respond promptly if your provider reaches out with follow-up questions. After a clinician approves your prescription, the pharmacy typically ships within 2–7 business days, and most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of approval. Timing may vary based on pharmacy processing, shipping location, and clinical review.

Can you ship medication to my home?

Yes. If an independent licensed provider prescribes compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide, a partner pharmacy ships it directly to your home. Shipping is included at no extra cost. After a clinician approves your prescription, the pharmacy typically ships within 2–7 business days, and most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of approval. Pricing: compounded semaglutide is $159 for the first month, then $299/month; compounded tirzepatide is $249 for the first month, then $399/month.

If I order a 3-month supply of semaglutide or tirzepatide, will it arrive in one package?

No. You receive a one-month supply of compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide in each shipment, with each vial containing a one-month supply of medication. Your dosing instructions are in the instructions from your pharmacy. All medications are shipped following provider approval. Delivery timelines may vary depending on pharmacy processing and state regulations.

Are GLP-1 medications safe?

GLP-1 medications are not right for everyone, and they can cause side effects. Side effects are common, especially when starting or increasing a dose, and serious side effects can occur. Some brand-name GLP-1 medications, such as Wegovy® and Zepbound®, are FDA-approved and were studied in large clinical trials; Archie Health does not offer them. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Does my plan include medication costs?

Are there side effects to GLP-1 medications?

Yes. Side effects are common, especially when starting or increasing a dose. Your provider will work with you to choose a medication and dose that fit your health history. If you experience any side effects, email your care team at support@archiehealth.org so your provider can monitor your response and adjust your treatment if needed. Will my provider ever deny my prescription?

Yes, if a prescription isn’t appropriate for you. Your provider’s priority is your safety. After reviewing your intake and medical history, your provider will recommend the treatment plan that is most appropriate for you, which may or may not include compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide. If you have a medication preference, you’re encouraged to share it with your provider by emailing your care team at support@archiehealth.org. Prescriptions are made based on clinical judgment, medical appropriateness, and individual health factors. If a clinician doesn’t prescribe, you get a full refund.

Do I need to make changes to my diet?

Yes. GLP-1 medications are used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. If a GLP-1 medication is part of your plan, you may notice reduced appetite, which can make healthier choices feel more manageable. Your care team can help you build a balanced, realistic approach to nutrition and physical activity that fits your lifestyle. Recommendations are personalized and may vary based on individual needs and provider recommendations.

When will I be charged for semaglutide or tirzepatide?

You’re charged at checkout, when you choose your plan. The exact amount is shown before you pay, and you’ll receive a receipt by email. A licensed provider then reviews your intake. If the provider determines that semaglutide or tirzepatide isn’t clinically appropriate for you and no prescription is issued, you’re refunded in full. How are GLP-1 medications taken?

Archie Health’s compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are once-weekly injections from a vial, given just under the skin (often in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm) using a small insulin-style syringe. Your provider will give you dosing instructions, and the pharmacy label explains how much to draw up for each dose. Follow your provider’s guidance and the instructions from your pharmacy before starting or changing any medication. All medications are prescribed based on provider evaluation and individual medical need.

What is a prior authorization?

A prior authorization (often called a “PA”) is a step some insurance plans require before they agree to cover certain medications. Because Archie Health doesn’t bill insurance, no prior authorization is needed. Your plan price — compounded semaglutide $159 for the first month, then $299/month, or compounded tirzepatide $249 for the first month, then $399/month (3- and 6-month plans also available) — covers clinician review, medication if prescribed, supplies, and shipping, so if your provider prescribes treatment, your medication ships without any insurance paperwork.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Archie Health is cash-pay and does not bill insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. Our pricing: compounded semaglutide is $159 for the first month, then $299/month; compounded tirzepatide is $249 for the first month, then $399/month. When will my medication be shipped after I complete sign-up?

After you complete your intake, an independent licensed provider will review your information, usually within 1–2 business days, to determine whether treatment is appropriate for you. Billing

Will my account be billed automatically?

Yes. Plans are subscriptions. Your card is charged when you check out, and your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month, every 3 months, or every 6 months, depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel. 3- and 6-month plans are prepaid for the period, renew automatically, and have a lower monthly rate than the regular monthly price ($299 or $399). The amount due today and the amount of each later charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future renewals. Where is my refund?

If your purchase is eligible for a refund and our team has confirmed it has been issued, the funds typically appear back in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original form of payment used at checkout. If that payment method has been closed or canceled, we’re unable to issue a refund to a different account. Is this a one-time plan?

No. Archie Health plans are recurring, because ongoing provider oversight is important when using prescription medications. Can I pause my plan?

At this time, plans can’t be paused. This is because ongoing provider oversight is important while using prescription medication. If you need a short break, contact our support team before your next billing date and we’ll help with your options. If you choose to cancel your plan, please let your provider know so they can guide you on safely stopping your medication. Once a plan is cancelled, refills are no longer available, and providers are unable to continue monitoring your treatment.
