For California Residents

If you live in California and the CCPA applies to how your personal information is processed, you have the rights summarized below, including:
- Notice at collection. Before or when we collect information, you may see a notice covering the categories of personal and sensitive personal information involved, why we collect or use it, whether it is sold or shared, and how long we keep it. Those details appear in our Privacy Policy.
- Right to know. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, and for more detail on how we collect, use, disclose, or sell it. Much of that explanation is already in our Privacy Policy. To make a “request to know,” email support@archiehealth.org.
- Correction and deletion. You may ask us to fix inaccurate personal information and, in some cases, to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. Email support@archiehealth.org to make that request.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. You may opt out of future “sales” or “sharing” as the CCPA defines those terms. Advertising and analytics tools can fall within those definitions. Opt out by emailing support@archiehealth.org, or with a recognized signal such as Global Privacy Control. We honor those signals as the law requires. An opt-out does not stop disclosures to service providers that process data for us under compliant contracts. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of anyone under 18.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information. You may limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is needed to provide the goods or services you request, or other uses the law allows.
To opt out of extra uses of sensitive information, email support@archiehealth.org. You may name an authorized agent in writing or by power of attorney to submit CCPA requests. We will ask that agent to prove authority, and we may need you to confirm your identity with us directly.
Before we provide, correct, or delete specific pieces of personal information, we must verify who you are to the standard the law requires. We typically do that by asking you to write from the email on your account or to give other information that confirms the account.
You also have the right not to be penalized for using these CCPA rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”) may let California residents ask about personal information given to third parties for those parties’ direct marketing. Send that request to Archie Health, LLC, Attn.: California Privacy Rights, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, or support@archiehealth.org.
Archie Health serves adults 18 and older. For full details of how we collect, use, and share personal information, read our Privacy Policy. Questions: support@archiehealth.org or (762) 862-2612.
