Clinician-guided GLP-1 care · Medication shipped to you

This policy explains what you are charged, how your plan renews, how to cancel, how your medication ships, and when Archie Health issues a refund. It applies to every plan bought on archiehealth.org and forms part of our Terms of Use.

What you pay

Your plan price covers the clinician review, ongoing care and messaging, your medication if prescribed, supplies, and shipping. The price is the same at every dose. Archie Health is cash-pay only and does not bill insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid.

The first-month price applies once, to new patients on the monthly plan. 3- and 6-month plans are prepaid for the whole period and renew automatically; your medication ships one month at a time during the period. If you cancel a 3- or 6-month plan, or your clinician stops treatment, any months not yet sent to the pharmacy are refunded. Months already sent to the pharmacy or shipped are not refundable. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days. The exact amount due today and the amount of each later charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Automatic renewal

Plans are subscriptions. Your card is charged when you check out, and your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month, every 3 months, or every 6 months) at the recurring price above until you cancel. Each renewal pays for the next billing period. Medication ships one month at a time, and only while a licensed clinician continues to find treatment appropriate for you.

How to cancel

Email support@archiehealth.org from the email on your account or call (762) 862-2612. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. There is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges.

3- and 6-month plans. These plans are prepaid, and medication ships one month at a time. If you cancel a 3- or 6-month plan, or your clinician stops treatment, any months not yet sent to the pharmacy are refunded. Months already sent to the pharmacy or shipped are not refundable. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days.

Shipping

Shipping is included in your plan price at no extra cost. After a clinician approves your prescription, the pharmacy typically ships within 2–7 business days, and most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of approval. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Compounded medication is shipped by our partner pharmacy, GoGoMeds.

When you are refunded

When we cannot refund

Prescription medication cannot be returned or restocked once a pharmacy has dispensed it, under pharmacy safety rules. For that reason we cannot refund a month of medication once it has been sent to the pharmacy or shipped, other than in the cases listed above. On 3- and 6-month plans, months not yet sent to the pharmacy are refunded if you cancel or your clinician stops treatment.

Returns

For safety reasons, prescription medication cannot be returned once dispensed. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date and we will replace it or refund that shipment.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account. Refunds usually appear within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
