Texting terms for Archie Health virtual care
Last updated October 1, 2026
Archie Health is an online telehealth platform. An independent licensed provider reviews your online intake and, when appropriate, prescribes compounded semaglutide or compounded tirzepatide. You can message your care team about your weight-loss care from home.
If you enroll in our SMS program, you may receive health questionnaires and updates on your clinician's review, prescription, refill and shipping notices.
Messages you may receive
By joining the Archie Health SMS program, you may get:
- Care updates on your clinician's review, prescription, refill and shipping notices.
- Prescription reminders about refills and related next steps.
- Wellness notes with general education on preventive care.
- Check-ins asking how you are doing and whether you need extra support.
- Program notices about service updates.
- Health alerts about protocol changes that affect your care.
Opting in keeps you informed while you are in the program. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
You can leave the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. You will receive one confirmation text and no further marketing or program texts from that number. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally.
If something is not working, reply HELP to the number that messaged you, call (762) 862-2612, or email support@archiehealth.org.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered texts. Questions about your plan belong with your wireless provider.
