Compounded semaglutide is $159 for the first month, then $299/mo. Compounded tirzepatide is $249 for the first month, then $399/mo. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancel anytime before your next billing date. 3-month plans ($747 for semaglutide, $1,152 for tirzepatide) are billed every 3 months, and 6-month plans ($1,344 and $2,142) are billed every 6 months; they are prepaid for the period and renew automatically, and medication ships one month at a time. If you cancel a 3- or 6-month plan, or your clinician stops treatment, any months not yet sent to the pharmacy are refunded. Months already sent to the pharmacy or shipped are not refundable. Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days. The price covers the clinician review, care messaging and coaching, medication if prescribed, supplies, and shipping, and it is the same at every dose. See our Refund Policy.

A licensed clinician reviews your answers, usually within 1–2 business days. If treatment is appropriate, medication ships from the pharmacy: after a clinician approves your prescription, the pharmacy typically ships within 2–7 business days, and most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of approval. If it is not appropriate, you will be told rather than being sold a prescription.
Consultations are reviewed by Dr. Robert Vichich, M.D. (NPI 1780983569), an independently licensed physician in the USHWN (U.S. Health & Wellness Network). Before anything is prescribed, his licensure in the patient's state is confirmed. If a licensed clinician isn't available for your state, nothing is prescribed and you are refunded in full. You can look up his NPI record in the NPPES NPI Registry. Patients can reach the care team, including questions for the prescriber, at support@archiehealth.org or through our Medical Team & Licensing page. Medications are filled by GoGoMeds, a U.S.-licensed pharmacy. Archie Health operates a technology platform; it is not a pharmacy or medical practice.
Takes a few minutes. A clinician reviews it before anything ships.
